A Bit Scrambled

Hi, Eggheads!! I thought I would try something a little bit different for today's post about scrambled eggs. I think scrambled eggs are a great place for anyone to begin with eggs because:

1. They're so simple! Just eggs and maybe some cheese

2. They're practically foolproof!

Scrambled eggs were probably the first thing I learned how to cook. My dad taught me how to cook them when I was probably 7 or 8 (that's how easy they are) and they've been a staple for me ever since!

Go ahead and watch this time lapse and in case its just too fast, I'll detail the steps below!

Step 1: Crack a couple eggs into a small bowl and beat with a fork. (College students: I have been known to mix eggs straight into the frying pan to save a dish!)

Step 2: Spray the frying pan and turn the stovetop to Med-Hi.

Step 3: After the pan has warmed up a bit, pour the egg mixture into the pan

Step 4: Wait about a minute and then use your spatula to push the eggs around so that every portion is being cooked

Step 5: Go crazy and start scrambling!

Step 6: When they look evenly cooked and nicely scrambled, add cheese, salt, & pepper!

I'm not much of a cook but scrambling eggs is actually one thing I can do well in the kitchen.

I'm not going to lie....I made my first scrambled egg this past year since I've never been a breakfast foods person. It changed my life. I love your blog so much and you have such punny titles that make me want to click on your blogs.
