Today is the day after Thanksgiving, and so I thought I'd share how I decided to use Thanksgiving egg-stras to make a delicious new recipe! I call it the leftover omelet.
The first step is to take stock off your leftovers and choose what should go inside. I decided against adding the pie!

Next, I mixed everything up in the skillet and then put it to the side. I chose to use turkey, spinach casserole, some green-bean casserole, and just a little mashed potato.

I know it sounds a little crazy, and it totally depends on what you have on hand, but you really can't go wrong with Thanksgiving food.

I then made a simple omelet and added this amazing filling! So egg-celent!!!
The only thing better than Thanksgiving food are Thanksgiving leftovers and this is the perfect way to incorporate it in your breakfast the next day. Plus, it ended up being the most delicious omelet I've ever had!! I highly recommend making this omelet a part of your Black Friday tradition!
I think this might actually be interesting to serve on Thanksgiving!
